This is quick drawing that I took with me to Home Depot in order to purchase the correct size bolt to fix the bike that I've been fixing up for Andrew. There is something that I like about technical drawings, the thin linework and the measurements are really cool. I remeber my father had a drafting set from a class that he took in high school and I would play with it as a kid. In the box that contained the drafting kit there were a number of drawings that my Dad had made while in high school. I remeber being really interested in the old drawings, they were made on thick newsprint and were becoming slightly faded and discolored around the edges. Very cool. I wonder if my folks still have them somewhere at home.
